We request at least 14 days of notice. Any bookings scheduled within 14 days of your initial request for quoting will include a 20% rush fee.
Feel free to book as far in advance as you like! The more notice you can give us, the sooner you lock in your products. In the event a tent or product you’re interested in is already booked, we will work with you to arrange an alternative solution.

We typically install your rental package the night before your event.

Depending on the time your event ends and the availability of our team members, we will either return to pick up our equipment the same day or the morning after.

Although we carefully walk through every step of the booking process with you, we do not plan or manage events. We will install the tents and set up any additional rental products such as chairs, tables, and generators. We will then take care of teardown after your event has ended.

Yes! For liability purposes, our tents have to be staked. We can stake hard-clay, soil, grass, even asphalt.
